Create Dashboard #11

Create Dashboard page. This will serve as a landing page and will show Sessions that the user has marked as favorite as well as other quick links to site functionality

The latest version has an initial implementation of this, listing the favorite sessions (although the favorites are "Fake" for the current moment by displaying the 1st 3 sessions)
