i am using google translate so the sentence may be a bit awkward How to reproduce the vulnerability：

  1. Create a itemframe shop with chest. No items are taken from the player when created, but an item will appear out of nowhere in the item frame;
  2. Do not put anything in the chest;
  3. Button down the item from the item frame

The item appearing without being removed form your inventory is supposed to be like that. I will check out the duplication as it's not supposed to happen.
