Added support to naming cameras using a simple mapping in a text file.
Updated some logging messages to be more verbose (and match those in pair.ts).
Confirmed the charging status (1) and battery level (2) values reported back by DevStatusAck.
Logged camera status (charging, battery, Wifi strength) when connected.
Dealt with Web Audio autoplay policy (3) by starting camera on mute and adding a button to toggle the audio stream.
Added a favicon (4) so the server tab can be easily spotted in the browser.
Described most of the flags and enabled camera audio by default.
