What are we going to talk about on Tuesday?

So, here's what I was thinking for an agenda for Tuesday:

• Introduction to @DavidWhitlock and @jasonaowen
  • Do you think we need slides?
• Watch a couple of videos that explain Pair Programming and TDD:
  • Pair Programming (10 min): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rG_U12uqRhE
  • Uncle Bob on TDD (5.5 min): https://vimeo.com/43734265
• Jason and Dave implement the FizzBuzz Kata in Java using IntelliJ, JUnit, and hamcrest (30 min?)
  • Push code to GitHub
  • @Nova94, can we expect most attendees to be familiar with Java, an IDE, and GitHub?
• In the second hour, attendees pair using TDD to implement a simple kata.
  • Perhaps something like scoring a tennis game? In an hour, I think we can only solve a very simple problem.
  • Should the attendees fork the GitHub repository in order to get the environment? I don't want people to spend 30 minutes trying to stuff to build.
• Wrap up with a discussion of peoples' experiences

What do you guys think?

It is up to you on the slides. Maybe provide a link to your JUnit slides from CS410J. The attendees will be CS students and some ACM members so the knowledge range varies a bit, there will be a few people who understand Java, some IDE, and Github. I think the Tennis Kata is great choice. Sounds like this will be a fun workshop.

I updated the README.md with some notes for tonight. @Nova94, if you have a chance today, can you clone the repository and make sure that the gradle commands work in a clean checkout? I'm not very expert at gradle and I want to make sure that the repository contains everything that you guys will need to be successful.
