ARM64 architecture support (patreons needed) #105

Just tried to install DiskCryptor on Windows 11 ARM and got the following error

All major laptops vendors already announced their devices on Windows ARM and it would be great to get that architecture support.

ha haha... eeeee.... emmm... this may be a lot of work :D My primary drive for DC is I need it myself, and currently I don't need ARM64 except for testing Sandboxie-Plus.

And I'm not sure if the interest in am ARM64 build is large enough for some sort of go fund me campaign that would be able to pay for the required work. https://tooomm.github.io/github-release-stats/?username=DavidXanatos&repository=DiskCryptor
