Constant Disconnects, not sure how to fix it #1005

Whenever I button mash (often by accident) it turns the joy cons into two separate controllers and I'm able to button mash to make it turn into one controller again. However, when it reconnects I'm unable to move and it stops me from doing anything. Is there any fix to this? Sorry if this is confusing, I'll clarify even more if need be.

any, even moving the sticks really quickly will cause them to switch into two controllers.
