Describe the bug
I used BetterJoyForCemu and it kept throwing a duplicate timestamp enqueued error and breaking it. I then uninstalled Hidguardian but didn't realize that I had to also go into localhost:26762 with it installed and so I reinstalled it and there was nothing in the blacklist but I still hit remove all in affected devices. After a shutdown and turning the PC back on, it briefly worked but then broke again. (possibly because whatever issue it might be didn't start immediately on Windows startup but did eventually) I kept restarting the PC and even adding and removing it from the blacklist again and then uninstalling again. None of this resolved the issue and it's been hours of trying at this point.
Expected behavior
For the Pro Controller to be able to properly connect to Steam after the uninstall of HidGuardian and Vigembus and the resetting of affected devices in the Localhost solution
