Can't Connect Controller #1041

I get the error message "Could not start VigemBus. Make sure drivers are installed correctly." I don't understand what this means. How do I install them "correctly"? I downloaded the most recent version of VigemBus from the site, too, and installed that. Nothing.

My controller isn't being read at all by BetterJoy, either. In fact, it shows 4 controllers, one a Vjoy device, and the other three devices with names in... some pictographic language... none of them are my Gamesir T4 Pro controller, however.

This is with the most recent update, BTW...

I guess I should add... I couldn't install the VigEmBus 86. Kept getting an error. So I installed the 64 instead. I'm assuming that's fine but hey... just making everything that seems important to this known.
