[BUG] Windows 11 Issues after upgrade from windows 10 #1054

Describe the bug immediately drops controller connection on windows 11 operating system. workaround is to start the controller then start the program

Expected behavior it should just pick up the controller properly upon starting the program as it did with windows 10, but not with windows 11.

Controller (please complete the following information):

Type: switch pro
Connection:bluetooth

Hi, I'd like to know if anyone has solved the issue on Windows 11.

I've tested the following versions, but none of the drivers or the actual app can recognize my Bluetooth-connected devices.
