[BUG] Server unreachable & controller not detected #1109

Describe the bug

Can't access to http://127.0.0.1:26760/ although BetterJoy said "Starting server on 127.0.0.1:26760 All systems go".

Also, my Pro controller is wired connected but not detected.

Had trouble to install ViGEmBus so installed the latest version from their GitHub as README file said.

Expected behavior An access to the server and I think finding my controller.
