Presses every button at once. and crashes windows[BUG] #1135

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is. The bug happened when i plugged my controller into my cpu using Type C- Type C usb. when im not using CEMU- i have no issues mostly. but when trying to make Starail work i ran into a few bugs with the thing itself. 1.When using Bluetooth, it causes every button to be pressed at once almost too fast to react to, prnt screen, home, dashboard. you name it. 2. when plugging into USB it does the SAME thing but only inside Starail. which i thought was odd. but i guess the home and start buttons are not going HAM or they are and dont affect windows. 3.to clerify i used the 7.1 version of CEMU and installed the drivers. plugged in a 2 year pro controller into my cpu. and thats when the fun of plug in goes ham in game and nowhere else. or bluetooth and go ham everywhere. is Expected behavior A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. what i expected to happen was i plug in my controller. it read it as existing and ready to go when using USB. but Bluetooth is another beast. where instead i expected it to read it properly and maybe at least allow some control. but i got button spamming instead. Glad to know i'm not alone with this issue. The problem is it persists even after removing the drivers and program from my pc.
