[BUG] Gyro dosen't work at all #1172

When ever I play dolphin emulator and go into controls then Motion Simulation the gyro dosent work and this is also shown in how I cant wheelie in Mario Kart

I expected that the gyro would work because it worked earlier and I made no changes
