[ENHANCEMENT] support for third party joy cons #495

i got a third party joy cons but they seem to have some problems i tested better joy 6.3 and BetterJoy_3rdP_Test2 here what i got

they are identified as joy cons locate the controller ( vibration ) works fine and joy cons mode switch works fine and gamepad-tester.com picked them up a xbox 360 controller

but the problem is that when i press a button like ZL it sends the input after 5 to 10 seconds later if ever and the analog sticks does not send input at all

i searched for a fix or for the same problem in issues but nothing came up after 6 hours of trial and error i gave up and i'm asking for help
