Disable Xinput Devices on specific controllers[ENHANCEMENT] #787

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Whenever i use my switch pro and my joycons on steam at the same time, steam does double inputs with my switch pro because of the xbox controller emulation. i like having steam config support on for my switch pro,

Describe the solution you'd like The ability to disable betterjoy from using a specific controller would be great, since it would make the switch pro controller not use xinput, leaving just the controller registered to the joycons. by having it setup, i'd have my switch controller set without issue, and the joycons would have proper support because of betterjoy.

by setting it up that way, i am unable to use steam's motion controls for my switch pro controller, as then it only picks up the xinput device. I want to be able to use joycons using betterjoy, and use the switch pro through steam at the same time.
