Describe the bug
I have already searched this and tried the fixes, but they haven't worked for me. I have even installed HIDguardian, remove all affected devices, restarted, and uninstalled HIDguardian. Nothing works. I'm currently on 6.4B of BetterJoy (I have installed both 6.4A and 6.4B). The 8Bitdo software recognizes my controller when I plug it in via USB to remap the controls, but other programs will no longer recognize it (PCSX2, VBA, etc.). The controller is not recognized neither through USB nor BT. My joycons were not recognized either. I have not tried uninstalling BetterJoy, because frankly, I don't know where the uninstall is located.
Expected behavior
I expected my other controllers to work fine, along with my Joycons when downloading the program.

Type: 8Bitdo SN30 Pro+, Official Nintendo Joycons
Connection: SN30 Pro+ both USB and BT, Official Nintendo Joycons were only through BT
