[BUG] Controller occasionally shifts orientation mid play #942

Describe the bug Do not know what causes this, but I'm playing Mario Strikers on Dolphin and BetterJoy decides to simply change orientation on both controllers. Maybe the controllers get disconnected but it doesn't happen in idle just while I'm playing. I'll add more reproduceable steps if I find it but it happens often.
