[BUG] Controllers connecting then disconnecting #945

Description: It essentially connects for a few seconds then it starts disconnecting immediately. It keeps saying dropped, then starts switching from vertical to horizontal then it stops and it does not connect again.

What I expected: Essentially I expected it to connect as normal, not saying dropped every few seconds.

Controller (please complete the following information):

Type: Split Joycons
Connection: BT

Getting a bit of a similar bug in some cases. Using 8bitdo SN30pro+, if I boot up betterjoy then connect the controller, it works as expected. Whenever I connect the controller before booting up betterjoy, it detects the controller but then keeps looping over Pro controller connected. Using USB. Resetting USB connection. Windows11 seems to recognize it connecting and disconnecting, as it plays the sfx over and over as well. I might be missing something else that would cause this I'm not sure, just wanted to let you know.

I'm having the same problem with a switch pro controller, can't seem to identify the problem

Just came here to see if there's still a fix or workaround for this, my regular BT on my PC is trash, so I tried to use my 8bitdo USB extender and kept getting this problem when trying to use my Switch Pro Controller. BetterJoy Bug
