Describe the bug
When the program is running in the background, the mouse stutters every few seconds, whether the controller is connected or not.
The problem only occurs in version 6.4 and later.
Version 6.3 and below does not have this problem.
For example：When the program v7.1 is running, it is difficult to draw 100 overlapping circles in a row with the mouse.
