I plug in my controller, and this keeps happening #968

I am using a wired Pro Controller. It seems like the controller is connecting and disconnecting constantly. The wire is not damaged in any way. I even reinstalled the drivers and rebooted my PC.

I followed https://github.com/Davidobot/BetterJoy/issues/339, and that worked.
