[ENHANCEMENT] Option to disable low battery notifications? #996

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Controllers with their batteries removed generate repeated "low battery" warnings that don't appear on a Switch when wired. (In my case, an 8BitDo Lite with no battery) Additionally, some games and emulators will actually kick you out of full screen if you get a notification, as Windows notifications take focus away from the game. This can crash certain games.

Describe the solution you'd like A simple tick box to disable low battery notifications would make a world of difference in both edge cases (and is my preferred solution), but automatically disabling the notification for wired controllers would be more convenient in most cases.
