Uncaught Error: INVALID_STATE_ERR: DOM Exception 11

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.fill it with tasks
it will randomly just crash and come up with this error usually happens after a 
task has finished and the box has popped up saying that it has finished that it 
crashes 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
the task field instead tons of random stuff and big red letters at the top 
saying that an error has occured

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
3.8.2 chrom

Please provide any additional information below.
I saw it happen the most when I used the option for syncing
