Annoying flashing green bars #472

Can you please make the green bars not flash if they are not in use? It is 
becoming confusing and annoying to see them flashing every single time. The 
flashing should be use only for the tasks running.

The progress bars are just your native operating system's progress bars, so 
they can't be modified in any way. In order to change them, I'd have to make my 
own design for them from scratch, or use a third-party one - this may happen in 
the future.
