Overflow time on a goal #656

I am trying to keep a goal of 20 hours of programming per week, but I would
like time to keep ticking past 20 hours when I meet it. Right now, I could use
the indefinite option, but I don't see the progress bar filling up, which seems
trivial, but would help keep me motivated ! A simple solution would be to keep
the oscillating bar on the progress bar when indefinite is checked, but behind
it have a 50% opacity progress bar tracking the hour goal previously indicated.
Personally, I would add a checkbox below "indefinite" that says "but still show
progress" and is grayed out whenever indefinite is not checked.

Thanks for any consideration !

Just disable "Stop a task when it reaches its goal" in the settings.
