tick box to automatically pause timer when another timer is activated #658

Describe your idea (be detailed!)
Do you have multiple requests? Make individual reports for each.

Suggest that each timer have a box to select or deselect that would cause the 
timer to pause if another timer is activated.  This would make it easier to 
monitor the total time being spent on a given task - currently if you have more 
than one task running the total time starts going up twice as fast.  

alternatively, a settings option to switch between "other tasks pause when 
timer starts" and "allow multiple timers to run concurrently"

This setting already exists, just enable "Only allow one task to be running at 
a time" in the tasks section of the settings menu.
