Stop flexiplex reversing output sequence when -i false and target in reverse compliment #10

Not solved, but fixed issue this was causing with Illumia paried end reads and barcode demultiplexing. Documentation now updated to describe how unique sequence added to start of R1 can be used to find the barcodes even when both pairs reverse complimented.
