[WIP] Adding new Filters! #93

This PR represents the new filters that we're looking to add for SkunkBooth.

Currently, implemented new filters for:
- Greek letters,
- Musical notes
- Suits from a deck of cards

Hum, I presume you had changes you wanted to make before submitting?

Yeah I submitted it too early, am working with a group. We're working on our own fork and I realized I opened this up before we were ready to make a PR. Sorry about that!
