set on function does not work as intended #6

following the example in the UG

steps to reproduce: set 1000 on 11/11/2023

Expected: same as example in UG

The origioanl servity is medium. But I think it should be high as the goal function did not work at all!

This is due to wrong uploading of jar file to the teaching team. Sorry for making this confusion. I should have checked whether my teammate resubmitted the file.
