so i downloaded the mcaddon and then make a world. in the world i add in the resource and behavior packs but it doesn't do anything, i looked at all the experiments and it still doesn't work, what do i do

Most likely an experimental feature got updated and broke things. I'll look into it in a couple of days and hopefully release a patch.
