[Bug] Loadout Manager "Slot Move" functionality partially broken #11

It appears somewhere in the recent past the "Move Slot" feature in the loadout manager has broken. It sometimes does not detect all valid folders or it grabs the wrong folders.

Cannot repro anymore.. possible influenced by outside source?
