What does this PR do?

adds spec for editing user profile
adds necessary routes to edit user profile
adds current method to ApplicationController
adds edit and create methods to UserController
adds edit path to user show page
adds form in user edit page
Changed the spec to reflect changes made with current_user and flash
Changed UserController to reflect change in implementation for current_user and flash
