Audio Stuttering when playing mp3 #22

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Playing an mp3 file

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The audio sometimes stutters instead of playing smoothly.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP firmware 5.00m33-3
using lightmp3 v2.0.0b2

Please provide any additional information below.

I have an MP3 file that has a low bitrate starts with a few seconds of silence. 
If
played using the media engine, the last half second or so of the previous song
repeats throughout the song. With CPU decoding it works perfectly.

Try changing CPU to 60 by moving the psp analog stick up. hope that workd
