Europe Western CodePage not supported (4.01) #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Player hangs if file name (XXXX.pmp) has characters like ñ, ó, è, etc...

This did work on previous releases, at least in the version I had 
(20080129), although maybe it was a translation?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
20080608 on 4.01M33-2

there are a bug in 4.01fw,  when use some characters as your file name, player 
can
not open these files.

so you can use cfw 3.71M33-4, it is good.

Oh. Ok, so it's not a bug in the player? I tried using a special character in 
the 
name of an iso, and the PSP hung all the same.

In that case I think I'll downgrade, as you recommend. Thanks for your answer.
