Error when trying to play a Community Race on Mod Nation Racers from PSN #439

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download Mod Nation Racers from PSN on MediaGO PC software
2. Transfer Mod Nation Racers to PSP using MediaGO and version.txt for 6.60ofw
in psp's seplugins folder. Have setting set in rocovery menu to use version.txt
3. Start game and go to a Community Race and log into PSN if needed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Im not sure of the exact error but when I try to play the community race and
establish the network connection, it trys to log into PSN and it comes up with
an error message. I could probably get the code again later, but I cannot at
the moment..

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 1000, CFW 6.20 PRO B-10 Permanent Fix 1

Please provide any additional information below.
-Downloaded game directly from PSN no modding done to game.
-Internet access is on a schools network.. That could be a problem but I'm not
sure, it could be restricted by the schools security or something.. I'll have
to make sure to write down the error code and post it on here for anyone to see
if that is the problem or not, which I'll do as soon as I get back to school.
-Even though it is a schools internet it allowed me to connect my PSP to PSN on
the XMB screen. So that is one reason I'm not sure if it's the schools internet
or not..
-I believe I got the same error trying to get to Playstation Store from the XMB
also. I'll have to get that code and write it down also and see if it's the
same error code.

1. As far as I know you dont need to change the version.txt and you dont have
to enable it in the recovery menu.
2. PSN store runs on internet protocols (HTTP/HTTPS) while games require acces
to certain ports with UDP/TCP protocols. Those ports are probably blocked by
your schools routers/ISP.

1. The only reason really I enabled version.txt was because it needed it to be
able to transfer the game from MediaGo to psp. It said it needed to be updated
before I could transfer the game so I just enabled version.txt and then it let
me transfer the game.
2. niether PSN store or online games worked. only the PSN signup thing on xmb
worked. PSN store just got the same error as the game online.

Try using a network where you have authority over the available ports. Blocked
ports are the main suspect in this case.
