Consider move the repo to `typeshed`? #13

To have a better support and quality we can move the repo under typeshed: https://github.com/python/typeshed

Sure, I personally see no reason not to. I'll check and see what's required before the move happens.

I'm lagging a bit behind of this. If anyone else is open to moving this out to typeshed it'll be greatly appreciated.
