biogrid error #8

Hi, I tried "compute_crosstalk" using stringdb, everything seemed OK, but when I used biogrid, the result looked weired, all the values are zero: image

Could you find the reason ?

that certainly doesn't look right! I'll look into it - looks kind of like the RWR didn't converge which is pretty strange.
