2. 设置中英文标点切换的快捷键为 "全不选"
3. 快捷键依然保留

快捷键应该被禁用, 看到依然是原来的快捷键.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ibus-sunpinyin 2.0.3, on Arch Linux.
