What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Log in to IM service (aim was used for testing) with the incorrect password

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It appeared to succeed, but the buddy list was not populated. No error of
any kind of was returned. It probably should tell me if I fat fingered the
password.

On what operating system?
Presently, this is Windows XP with FF2.0.0.14
