This pull request aims to implement Metallurgy Tweaks by Nebby natively in the mod
Since the original author doesn't plan on maintaining the script pack anymore it was updated to work with metallurgy 1.2.10 and also embedded in the mod jar to be shipped natively
Users will also be able to optionally disable Metallurgy Tweaks replacing from Metallurgy General Config file (Script files will still need to be deleted if they were already copied over before)
