Midasium Bounty tooltip bug #353

Describe the bug: The Midasium Sword's Bounty ability shows it's expanded tooltip as an unlocalized name.

To Reproduce:

  1. Install a fresh copy of Metallurgy 4: Reforged
  2. Search for Midasium Sword in creative mode/JEI
  3. Observe :))
