Dialogs are added to every single subject cell when a popover isn't visible.

I believe this will not only impact the browser economy as a whole, but also introduce more waste into the already polluted web 3.0. People have been ignoring these sorts of issues since ye olde php days, but the negative consequences start becoming apparent once people realize that more elements = more computing power = longer load times on ie11. This could become catastrophic once nerdy computer enthusiasts running windows 95 become indefinitely stuck on web 2.0, with no way to access modern blockchain school schedules. Now it's your turn to make it right.

I see, thank you for bringing up this very important issue. Without a bugfix, the world as we know it, could be no more
