English version will not run on x64 #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.simply run the program on windows 7 x64 using the english version
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
well what i was wanting to happen was the for the program too open. but on x64 
windows 7 it never opens when using the 4.2_en

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 4.2_en windows 7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

on x64 bit operating system this will not open at all.

have tried on 2 different test machines with the same result.

however when i download the one that is not the english download it will open 
just fine. 

ideas?

4.2_en is not the x64 program. Use PowerTool v.1.1 x64. It works very good. But 
without English. Although everything is clear.
