[WIP] Porting for 22w44a #33

At the moment I'm having a hard time porting the Dawn API for 22w44a. My opened issue: https://github.com/DawnTeamMC/DawnAPI/issues/32

Examples of our another ports (can be used as examples and sources):

~~DawnAPI~~, impossible to port into 22w44a (100% breaking changes)
UniversalOres, hard-fork and hard-port, without Dawn API, for 22w44a
Reasonable Sorting, most changed for snapshots (60% breaking changes)
~~Cloth Config~~, implemented officially
~~ModMenu~~, implemented officially
