Presents can't be waterlogged #52

Describe the bug Currently, Presents can't be waterlogged, unlike other non-full blocks.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Place Presents underwater
  2. See error

Expected behavior Presents should be waterlogged like chests can.

This bug has been fixed for the next version.
