Some wall items are in the wrong creative tab #60

Describe the bug Some wall items introduced in v3.0 are in the wrong creative tab. They are in the "Building Blocks" tab.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open the creative tab.
  2. Check at the bottom of the "Building Blocks" tab.

Expected behavior They should be in the "Decoration Blocks" tab like every other wall item.
