Add Duel Links Skill search #447

Succeeds old .skill: https://github.com/AlphaKretin/bastion-bot/wiki/Commands-for-users#skill Pending DawnbrandBots/yaml-yugi#18 New command required, likely a Duel Links command like the existing Rush Duel command, where Skill search is one subcommand Probably new message search type after https://github.com/DawnbrandBots/bastion-bot/issues/341 is implemented
