Until you don't accept the certificate from the site, ither tabs are frozen. This website https://tradematic.com/

I have missed to handle the "ignored" case (when you close the request without clicking Yes or No) thanks for reporting.

About the frozed tabs, it seems that WebKit stops to do anyting until you accept/reject the request, needs more investigation.
