Error while working with Tesseract API #1470

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I am using Tesseract API to get OCR confidence level using 
https://code.google.com/p/php-tesseract/ example.
2. But it fails to load php_tesseract.dll file. 
3. Please provide the same(.dll) file.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
