ccstruct/split.cpp does not include config_auto.h #1490

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. configure with enable-graphics no and build

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
ScrollWindow::UpdateWindow() undefined symbol even with DISABLE_GRAPHICS defined
Root cause is the split.cpp never include the config_auto.h

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The lastest version
