Add IRSHELL to CFW Folder blocking feature

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load DJ Max Portable 3
2. Observe black screen

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Game loads, black screen instead

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
6.39 PRO-B8

Please provide any additional information below.
The ms0:/IRSHELL folder is checked by anti-cfw, so the game doesn't load unless 
you delete or rename it, making it impossible to have IRSHELL and play the game 
at the same time.  Please add IRSHELL to the cfw folder blocker.  Thanks for 
all your hard work.
