What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Plug in the AV/RGB-Component cable to your PSP.
2. Switch Video output to TV
3. Enter the Recovery menu from VSH.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The recovery menu should work properly even on the TV output. It crashes and
shutsdown the PSP instead.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
PSP 3004 03g with 6.20 PRO-C.fix3 with permanent patch.
Default configuration, no plugins enabled.
Please provide any additional information below.
Even the VSH manu shows only in each second frame (flickers) on the TV output.
